Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Orders are for products that are currently not in stock. Meaning you must place your order as a normal purchase if you'd like to secure your size before an item sells out.

Purchasing pre-order allows you to secure your size without the product becoming sold out.

PRE-ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 6 WEEKS WITH COVID DELAYS.

Please note that delays may occur, and dates are only an estimate. However, we will be sure to email you if there are any delays.

Coco Blue Shoes is not held liable for any delays that may occur if you choose to pre-order an item. All pre-order purchases require full payment when checking out.

We do not accept cancellation of pre-orders and they are final sale. 

 

SHIPPING POLICY FOR PRE-ORDERS

When ordering pre-order items do not expect express or priority delivery. Items will ship with the chosen method once the item arrives at our shipping warehouse.

Disclaimer: If your pre-order does not arrive on the estimated arrival date given, we at Coco Blue Shoes cannot be held responsible.  All of our shoes are manufactured in different parts of the country and due to unforeseen weather forecast changes that may occur a delay in shipments, or DHL custom holds, Coco Blue Shoes can not be held for any possible arrival delays. Arrival shipping delays do not always happen, but sometimes they do, and we just want to set our customer's expectations.

 

If in fact the international shipping delays that may occur, interfere with an upcoming event or deadline you are wishing to meet, you are welcome to exchange for a different item in stock that is ready for immediate shipment or request a store credit.
