Due to covid and high volume orders, placed have a 1-4 business day processing time frame. Specialty items may differ. Orders placed with Overnight delivery, we *try our best to process within the same day if received by 12 pm PST.
Orders that are placed during Sales or Promotions have a longer processing timeframe regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.
Orders placed Friday after 12 pm PST thru Sunday, are processed on Monday. An email confirmation with tracking information is sent when your purchase is on its way to you.
Coco Blue Shoes is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. Route+ is automatically added to your order to protect it from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed.
*Lost claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

If you purchase an estimated shipping product you may select Expedited Shipping at checkout however your order will not ship until the item is available. If an item is estimated shipping it will specify under the Product Description Section on the item shop page and or provide the Estimated Ship or Arrival date. This date is subject to change. Please be advised that your shipping and billing address is required to match in order for us to process your order. In the event an order is placed with different billing and shipping addresses we reserve the right to automatically cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Once Coco Blue Shoe products have been shipped and leave the delivery location it is the carrier's (UPS, DHL, etc.) responsibility and we are not held liable. This goes for natural occurrences, transfers of carriers, customs, delays, and back-end fees. If your tracking says delivered and you have not received your package contact the carrier.
Just because you aren't in the US doesn't mean you should have to wait weeks to receive your merchandise. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. We offer worldwide shipping to more than 220 countries and territories.
International Delivery Transit Time: 7-10 Business Days
Cost: International shipping rates vary depending on the location and weight of the package. At check out, your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag.
All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars. We do not provide currency conversion your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is returned to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus the shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped, there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once UPS, USPS, or DHL has marked your package as delivered. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
