POLICY
COCO BLUE SHOES DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance at check out.
ANY RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.
You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose to not purchase Seel Return Assurance, your purchase is not eligible for a refund and will receive a store credit only.
Coco Blue Shoes wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not fit or simply did not work out, you may return it within 7 days of the date it was delivered.
Any items returned after 7 days from the date it was delivered will be returned back at the buyer's expense.
Store credit codes are issued for the amount spent on your item(s). Please keep in mind store credit codes cannot be combined with any other discount codes. Store credit codes are good for one year and do not cover shipping costs. Once your return parcel is received, please allow 72 hours of processing time for our team to send your store credit code via email.
Your return must be unused and in all original packaging. We will not accept returned merchandise that appears worn or dirty.
Please ship your return merchandise using a shipping method that you can track. We do not take responsibility for packages we did not ship.

NO CHANGES
No changes will be made once an order has been placed.
Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.
RETURNS
Customers are responsible for RETURN/EXCHANGE shipping unless the order was filled in error or defective.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE in which case they are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.
You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose to not purchase Seel Return Assurance, your order is final sale. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance here.
Items sent beyond 7 days are subject to a 30% RESTOCKING FEE.

RETURNS RECEIVED
We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Items sent for return that are NOT eligible for the credit are subject to a restocking fee OF NO LESS THAN 30%
